Shipping & Delivery

What is your delivery timeline?

For Emirates of Sharjah Orders Delivered on Same Day. For Other Emirates Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders above a certain amount. Standard fees apply for smaller orders and will be shown at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact customer service immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver to Gulf Countries.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

What is our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Return or Exchange will be accepted within 3 days of receiving the products. Products to be returned must be in their original packaging along with the original price tags and labels.

Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.

Amount of the Refund only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.

Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable

If a coupon, discount, Voucher or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.

If the mode of payment is online, then the amount will be refunded in the form of Store Credit or to the respective account/card through which payment was made at the time of order generation (discretion of www.najmatalshahba.ae) and the action is irreversible once done.

If the mode of payment is cash on delivery, then the amount will be refunded in the form of Store Credit only and the action is irreversible once done.

Najmat Alshahba Pharmacy reserves the right to compensate the claim in terms of Coupon/Vouchers as and when it deems fit.

Promotional items are strictly NOT refundable unless in the rare case of a manufacturing defect subject to the discretion of NAJMATALSHAHBA.AE

What items are non-returnable or Returnable?

Medicines cannot be returned once purchased. Hygiene products cannot be returned if used. Body support, socks, wearables in general. Baby formula "Powder Milk" and baby food in general, Fragrances, Skincare, cosmetics, make-up and haircare must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging (as received) otherwise they will not be accepted.

How do I request a return or refund?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Contact us immediately.

We sincerely apologize. Please contact us, and we’ll arrange a free return or exchange.

What if a product is damaged upon delivery?

Take a photo and contact us within 24 hours. We'll replace the item or offer a refund.

Yes, you can request an exchange for eligible items within 1 day of receiving the products, subject to stock availability.

Returns due to our error (wrong/damaged item) are free. For other returns, shipping fees may apply.
